🌿 Wellness Wednesday: Just Breathe 🌬️
In the middle of a busy week, it's easy to forget the simplest tool we have to reset and refocus - our breath.
Take a moment right now:
• Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Exhale for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat this cycle 3–4 times.
This simple technique, called box breathing, helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring you back to the present moment.
